PUS SPOTS

Pus spots are raised lumps and are often filled with pus. Pus is a watery substance. They are usaually and not frequently caused by an infection. These spots may occur in any part of the body. Do not break a pus spot, as this may lead or spread the infection. The common causes are inflammation of sweat glands, staphylococcal infections and dermatitis.

The rare causes are inflamation of hair follicles.
