SKIN

Lumps are also called papules. Lumps of more than 5mm diameter are called nodules,

PUS SPOTS


Pus spots are raised lumps and are often filled with pus. Pus is a watery substance. They

 

are usaually and not frequently caused by an infection. These spots may occur in any part

 

of the body. Do not break a pus spot, as this may lead or spread the infection. The

 

common causes are inflammation of sweat glands, staphylococcal infections and

 

dermatitis.

 

 

ACNE ROSACEA


Acne rosacea causes the inflammation of the skin. This usually affects

 

women. There is no perfect cause for this, but it is believed that

 

abnormal sensitivity of oil glands could cause this. This usually heals in

 

5-10 days period.

 

 

 

 

ECZEMA


Eczema is defined as the inflammatory condition of the skin. It causes scaly, red patches

 

with itching. Sometimes fluid-filled blisters, which form may burst.This is also known as

 

dermatitis.

 

There are several types of eczema. Atopic and contact are the most common. Atopic is

 

found in families. It is caused by over immune to allergens. This may further cause asthma

 

and other allergic infections.

 

 

 

PSORIASIS


When the inflammation continues for long time, it is then termed as psoriasis. This usally

 

affects the people of age from 10years to 30years. This is caused when the new cells of

 

the boby rapidly develop and push up skin surface forming raised, red patches. Psoriasis

 

widens gradually from time to time leadind to attacks various severity.

 

 

 

ACNE VULGARIS


Acne vulgaris causes the inflammation of the skin. It affects the oil

 

glands within the hair follicles except for hair follicles on scalp and legs,

 

but when it advances it might spread to legs. This conditions usually
